Good product

Worked as expected. I followed the instructions so I don't know how they could be hard and cold as reported by others. I found the shreds tender and the cheese tasty. The product was very hot and held its heat even under a ceiling fan.

Using this product couldn't be easier. The hardest part is putting water to the fill line! It's a nice side for me and sometimes a snack. So convenient. Tastes good, too.

Downfall of the human race!

This stuff is comical. No amount of convenience can warrant purchasing this as food. Please people! You can buy a 5lb bag of potatoes and some really nice cheese for much less than the cost of a 12 pack of this. It'll last for months and be tasty!

Hard flavorless and ill

After cooking for 2 minutes extra the potatoes are still hard and should make you feel ill from how gross they are.

Uncooked and no flavor

The directions say to cook in microwave but since they were still hard I cooked for 5 minutes in a 1000 watt microwave and they were still hard like raw potatoes and there was basically no flavor. Would not ever get again.
