Nutrition Facts

1. Measure boiling water into a steam table pan according to the chart below.
2. Add potatoes all at once, according to the chart below, using a spoon or wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes.
3. Let stand for 60 seconds, stir well and serve.
For creamier mashed potatoes, add more boiling water.

Idahoan Mashed Potatoes refresh at a 2 to 1 ration (i.e. 2 parts water, 1 part potatoes).

Classic Mashed Potatoes (From Food Service Rewards)

We have used Idahoan Classic Mashed Potatoes in the past and really liked them. I had to use them as a back up product several times this school year. It never disappoints.

Finally

I had found Idahoan at Costco a couple of years ago as a bagged product of 4-5 servings. I was in the process of trying to find some instant mashed potatoes that tasted good. When that ran out I discovered that Costco no longer carried your product. Did a web search, even found your factory up in Idaho. Then I discovered that Amazon was carrying you and they had the 3.25 lb boxes. So I ordered 3 of them. That was running out so I attempted to order more, only to find that Amazon was not shipping it to zip code 9xxxx. Ran into the same problem with Costco. Did a search & found your company & decided to see if I could place an order. I could, so I placed an order for a 6 pack of the 3.25 lb boxes. Placed my order 26 Jan '22, received it 31 Jan. Great product, outstanding shipping.
