Idaho® potatoes, whey protein concentrate, potato starch, vegetable oil (sunflower, soybean), salt, dextrose, onion powder, monoglycerides, calcium stearoyl lactylate. Freshness preserved by sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bisulfite

1. Measure 2 quarts hot, not boiling, water into a large bowl.
2. Add entire pouch of potatoes all at once, using spoon or wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes.
3. Let stand 10 minutes until the potatoes are fully hydrated.
4. Mix well and portion using a #60 scoop. Fry at 350°F for 2 minutes.
