Family favorite!

Everyone in our house just loves them. Super easy to prepare and in our current situation where food prices are going up, these are still very affordable!

Delicious gourmet side or main dish in minutes

This is one of the most versatile mainstays we have in our pantry. This mix and its companion scalloped potato's are part of our weekly diet plan. We found the sauce mix is fine without any added butter or fat, especially if you add some sauteed onion, mushrooms, ham, bacon, sausage or burger as a main course. We've diluted it and made a hearty, cheesy fish chowder with steamed vegetables when the ****** are biting. Where else can you get 80 delicious servings (8-12,000 calories) of nutritious food for under $.25 per serving? An added bonus is that the potato slices can be re-hydrated and fried or baked in other dishes on their own. We even eat the thinnest dried slices as is for a guilt free potato chip snack by themselves or with a dip. For longer storage I do repackage them as the slices are loose in the cardboard box and will take up other flavors in your pantry such as onions and are vulnerable to rodents and other pests.

Love These

Purchasing directly from the manufacturer is actually less expensive. Idahoan boxed potatoes are, without question, the VERY BEST!!! Who knew boxed potatoes could be this good. So glad I tried them & now these are what I will keep buying!!!
