This is my go-to on nights I want potatoes au gratin without the 2 hour prep and cooking time. No slicing, no making the Béchamel sauce and no 1.5 baking time! This is easy and delicious! It’s a crowd favorite when the kids and grandkids visit.

While I will often take the time make homemade Augratin Potatoes, these make for a quick stand-in on those days I don’t have time to squeeze in the labor. These are a delicious stand in for those days! Just wish the packages were bigger!
