They are so good in may ways
I bought for a friend that is a diabetic and had a bunch of dental work done (did not raise her BS and easy for her to eat) I gave them a tray on a quick hiking trip, and they were wonderful with mountain trout. So now I will take them every time. I have now use them a Meat coating before baking, as a quick potato patty at breakfast and as a dinner side. Tonight, I'm trying them a meatloaf instead of breadcrumbs.
