Wow, I love the potato cups but these shreds are awful. Too something...not sure what..maybe skip the Ranch seasoning or cut back on it I still have several cups left so I'll have to "doctor" them up to eat them

I have purchased many different types of your products so when I saw these I had high hopes, NOPE! Oh my these things are horrible. The ranch is way to salty and the ranch seasoning is horrible. The cook time is off as well as it was still a soupy mess with semi crunchy potatoes. I bought 4 boxes with hopes for easy snack while at work. Looks like they will all be heading to the trash, waste of money.

Please adjust the recipe

I want so badly to love these, but there is something wrong them. I bought four different two packs thinking we would love them, and have had issues with them all. They smell and taste like burnt plastic. I’ve used different water and adjusted cook times, it’s definitely the ingredients themselves. I can’t figure out how these passed any kind of rollout testing. Please make these better, willing to try again if the recipe is adjusted.

Tastes terrible

I’m 70 y/o and I’m not sure how you can screw up potatoes however, these are the worst I’ve ever had. The potatoes didn’t cook through and they tasted old. Don’t waste your money!
